High blood pressure often shows no signs, yet damage quietly builds in your heart, kidneys, and eyes. Being aware of these top ten warning signs can save your life by prompting early care.

A constant, throbbing headache, especially in the morning can signal high blood pressure pushing on tiny brain vessels. Don’t dismiss frequent head pain; it could be your body’s alarm system.

Feeling dizzy or like you might faint can indicate unstable blood pressure affecting brain blood flow. These episodes often happen when standing up quickly, so take note and get checked.
