Key Ingredients You’ll  Need to Get Started 

You'll need beef sirloin or tenderloin, mushrooms, onions, garlic, sour cream, beef broth, Dijon mustard, flour, butter, and oil. Fresh parsley is great for garnish.

Choose the Right Cut  of Beef for Tenderness
